“After completing Inner Engineering, one
good thing I have noticed in me is that when I get any problem I used to be
very tense and worried or depressed. But now, I am able to handle it with
clarity, and even sometimes when I look at the problem I laugh instead of
feeling stress. I am able to manage my work in the given time with a proper
plan and organizing the work schedule. I could really make out the best
food practice suitable for my body. With the Practice of Shambhavi Mahamudra, I
could see a tremendous
change in my breathing.
Earlier I used to have nasal congestion in the early morning during winter, but
now I am able to breathe properly.Some
times, my mind says ‘skip the practice for today’, but my body will
automatically go and sit in the posture, because body already came to know that
it is very comfortable and feeling light and at ease after doing the Shambhavi Mahamudra.” –
